Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in baking or cake decorating preferred
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Strong attention to detail and creativity
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner

Job Duties
- Create and decorate bakery products including cakes, pastries, and cookies
- Ensure bakery cases are fully stocked with fresh and appealing products
- Provide exceptional guest service by engaging customers and offering product samples
- Design attractive bakery product displays to attract guests
- Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Support suggestive selling to increase bakery sales
- Perform back-up duties in the absence of the Bakery Department Manager
