Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in deli or bakery environments preferred
- Ability to comply with food safety and sanitation standards
- Must be able to work opening or morning shifts
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must pass background check and drug screening
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food preparation or retail customer service preferred
- Knowledge of food safety standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including mornings
- Ability to lift moderate weights and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills
Job Duties
- Prepare quality deli and bakery products for customers
- Engage with customers at the service counter
- Move incoming merchandise to the sales floor
- Maintain cleanliness and proper food safety standards
- Stock shelves and organize products
- Follow Walmart policies and procedures
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
