Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in cake decorating or related field preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
- good communication skills
- availability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- compliance with food safety standards

Job Duties
- create artistic and visually appealing designs on cakes and pastries
- mix icing colors to achieve desired effects
- take customer orders in person and over the phone
- replenish bakery display cases and shelves
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- assist customers with inquiries about bakery products
- collaborate with team members to meet bakery production goals
