Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in cake decorating or artistic baking preferred
- Strong artistic and creative skills
- Ability to handle customer orders and interactions
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Commitment to following health and safety standards

Job Duties
- Use artistic and creative design skills to decorate cakes and pastries
- Take customer orders over the phone and in store
- Replenish display cases and shelves
- Mix colors to create perfect icing and decorations
- Ensure bakery displays are inviting and well-stocked
- Provide excellent customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area
