Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Collaborates with cross functional teams and educates associates on tools, tasks, and resources
- communicates and develops interpersonal skills for customer service
- maintains in-stock levels and controls shrinkage
- plans bakery production ensuring quality and accuracy of decorative designs
- follows recipe measurements and operates bakery equipment
- ensures food safety, sanitation, and cold chain compliance
- uses digital tools to drive sales and improve shopping experience
- adapts to new technology and encourages team adoption
- drives bakery area performance including quality and date control
- prepares for seasonal bakery volume changes
- assists members with purchasing decisions and resolves concerns
- acts as a brand ambassador valuing member experience
- trains and supports associates fostering teamwork and respect
- complies with company policies and ethics
- completes work assignments prioritizing collaboration and continuous improvement
