Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to enhance customer service
- Plan and execute bakery productions ensuring quality and accuracy
- Decorate bakery items using various tools like tips and nozzles
- Maintain food safety, sanitation and cold chain compliance
- Operate and sanitize bakery equipment
- Use digital tools and technology to improve sales and member experience
- Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve concerns
- Prepare bakery for seasonal events and manage inventory
- Train and mentor associates
- Adhere to company policies and promote Walmart values
