Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in cake decorating or artistic design preferred
- Customer service experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Compliance with food safety and hygiene standards

Job Duties
- Decorate cakes and pastries with artistic designs and creativity
- Take customer orders in-store and over the phone
- Mix colors and design elements to create perfect icing and flowers
- Replenish display cases and shelves
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work and display areas
- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service
- Follow safety and food handling regulations
