Strong artistic and creative skills

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in cake decorating or a related field preferred
Strong artistic and creative skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Eagerness to learn and develop new skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Job Duties

Use artistic and creative design skills to decorate cakes and pastries
Take customer orders over the phone and in-store
Replenish display cases and shelves
Mix colors to create perfect icing and flowers for cakes
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the decorating area
Assist customers with product selections and information
Collaborate with team members to ensure exceptional customer service
