Job Duties
- Cut, fill and ice cakes
- decorate and write messages on cakes using pastry bags and tips
- package cakes for special orders and back stock
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area
- follow food safety and handling guidelines
- coordinate with bakery team for order fulfillment
- ensure quality and consistency of bakery products
