Job Qualifications

- prior experience in deli, bakery, or food service roles advantageous
- strong customer service and communication skills
- ability to work early morning and opening shifts
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- basic math and organizational skills
Job Duties
- prepare quality deli and bakery products for customers
- engage with customers at the service counter providing excellent customer service
- move incoming merchandise out to the sales floor efficiently
- clean and maintain the deli and bakery areas ensuring compliance with food safety standards
- adhere to health and safety regulations in all product handling and preparation processes
- assist in inventory management and product rotation to maintain freshness
- contribute to a team environment by supporting coworkers and communicating effectively
