Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in food service or bakery environment preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Ability to handle and decorate cakes with precision
- Strong attention to detail
- Good manual dexterity

Job Duties
- Decorate cakes and pastries using artistic and creative design skills
- Mix colors to create perfect icing and flowers for baked goods
- Take customers' orders over the phone or in-store
- Replenish bakery display cases and shelves
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Collaborate with team members to meet bakery goals
