- Six months' experience in fresh production area
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to complete required job trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period

- Cake decorating skills and experience
- Ability to follow recipe measurement instructions
- Experience providing excellent customer service
- Ability to operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently
Job Duties
- Cleans and maintains the bakery area by following company policies and procedures
- Maintains merchandise presentation by stocking merchandise and organizing product displays
- Ensures consistent quality and accuracy in decorative designs by preparing bakery merchandise based on daily production needs
- Provides member service by acknowledging members and assisting with purchasing decisions
- Maintains safety of facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines
- Maintains the sales floor in the bakery area in accordance with company policies and procedures
