Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- experience in bakery or cake decorating preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- good manual dexterity and artistic ability
- excellent communication skills
- availability to work weekends and holidays
- must comply with health and safety standards

Job Duties
- create and decorate bakery products including cakes, pastries, and cookies
- ensure bakery cases are fully stocked with fresh and appealing products
- provide continuous delivery of exceptional guest service
- engage guests through freshly prepared product samples and suggestive selling
- create appealing product displays to attract guests
- understand and comply with health, safety and sanitation regulations
- perform back-up duties in the absence of the Bakery Department Manager
