Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in cake decorating or baking preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Attention to detail
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Design and decorate cakes and pastries using artistic and creative skills
- Take customers' cake and pastry orders in-store and over the phone
- Mix colors and create icing decorations, including flowers
- Replenish display cases and shelves to maintain product availability and freshness
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace
