Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in bakery or cake decorating
ability to stand for extended periods
good manual dexterity
reliable and punctual
ability to follow instructions
willingness to work flexible hours

Job Qualifications

Experience in cake decorating
ability to use pastry bags and tips skillfully
attention to detail
creativity in cake design
ability to work efficiently under pressure
good hand-eye coordination
knowledge of food safety practices

Job Duties

Cut cakes
fill cakes
ice cakes
decorate cakes and write messages using pastry bags and tips
package cakes for special orders
package cakes for back stock
