Job Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of experience in cake decorating
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions and recipes accurately
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work well within a team
Fluency in English may be required

Job Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of experience in cake decorating preferably in a fast-paced restaurant or bakery environment
Demonstrated creativity and artistic abilities in cake decorating
Knowledge of various decorating techniques and equipment
Excellent time-management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and recipes accurately
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location
Fluency in English may be essential for certain customer service stations within this position

Job Duties

Design and create visually appealing cakes and desserts
Apply various cake decorating techniques and use decorating equipment efficiently
Follow established recipes and company standards accurately
Manage time effectively in a fast-paced work environment
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and equipment
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and safety regulations
