Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Minimum 6 months experience in fresh production area
- Successfully complete all job required trainings and assessments within prescribed time period
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications

- Knowledge of cake decorating techniques preferred
- Ability to use bakery decorating tools and equipment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to follow recipes and measure ingredients accurately
- Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Comfortable using digital tools and handheld technology
- Customer service orientation
- Ability to manage inventory and control shrinkage
Job Duties
- Be a team member by collaborating with cross functional teams and educating associates
- Be an expert in bakery production planning and decorative design consistency
- Follow recipe measurements and use various decorating tools for bakery items
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and inventory management standards
- Operate, maintain, and sanitize bakery equipment
- Leverage digital tools to enhance sales, associate engagement, and business decisions
- Drive bakery performance by controlling quality, minimizing waste, and preparing for seasonal events
- Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolving concerns
- Serve as a talent ambassador to support and train associates
- Comply with company policies and use Open Door Policy for ethical standards
- Complete work assignments by collaborating with managers and adapting to change
