Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in bakery or cake decoration preferred
- ability to stand for long periods
- good manual dexterity and attention to detail
- ability to communicate effectively with customers
- availability to work flexible schedules
- passion for baking and decorating

Job Duties
- Decorate cakes and pastries using artistic and creative skills
- take customer orders over the phone and in store
- replenish display cases and shelves with bakery items
- mix colors and create icing and flowers for cake decoration
- provide excellent customer service
- maintain cleanliness in the bakery area
- assist fellow associates when needed
