Job Duties
- Decorate cakes and pastries using artistic and creative design skills
- Take customers' orders over the phone or in store
- Replenish display cases and shelves to ensure product presentation
- Mix and match colors for icing and decorative elements
- Provide excellent customer service and assistance
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Collaborate with team members to meet customer needs
