- previous bakery or cake decorating experience preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to follow food safety and hygiene standards
- good communication skills
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

- Cuts cakes to size
- fills cakes with flavored fillings
- ices cakes smoothly
- decorates cakes with designs and messages using pastry bags and tips
- packages cakes for special orders
- packages cakes for back stock
