- Ability to use pastry bags and decorating tools

Job Duties
- Cut, fill and ice cakes
- Decorate and write messages on cakes using pastry bags and tips
- Package cakes for special order and back stock
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Follow all food safety and hygiene standards
- Collaborate with bakery staff to meet order deadlines and quality standards
- Monitor inventory of decorating supplies and report needs
