- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- physical ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- Cuts cakes
- fills and ices cakes
- decorates cakes using pastry bags and tips
- writes messages on cakes
- packages cakes for special orders and back stock
- maintains cleanliness of work area
- follows food safety guidelines
