- Cut, fill and ice cakes
- Decorate cakes using pastry bags and tips
- Write messages on cakes
- Package cakes for special orders and back stock
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the work area
- Collaborate with bakery team to meet production goals
- Ensure quality control of all decorated cakes
