Job Requirements

  • Must have six months experience in fresh production area
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must successfully complete all job required trainings and assessments within prescribed time
  • Ability to work flexible hours as required
  • Capable of standing for extended periods
  • Willingness to comply with company policies and safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Six months experience in fresh production area
  • Knowledge of cake decorating techniques and tools
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Familiarity with food safety standards and sanitation practices
  • Competence in using digital tools and technology for business operations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate associates on tools, tasks, and resources
  • Plan bakery productions ensuring quality and accuracy in decorative designs
  • Follow food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and cold chain compliance
  • Operate, maintain, and sanitize bakery equipment
  • Use digital tools to manage production, merchandising, and training
  • Drive bakery area performance by controlling quality, waste, and preparing for seasonal events
  • Provide excellent customer service, assist members with purchasing decisions, and resolve member concerns
