- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must successfully complete all job required trainings and assessments within prescribed time

- Knowledge of cake decorating techniques and tools

- Familiarity with food safety standards and sanitation practices

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate associates on tools, tasks, and resources
- Plan bakery productions ensuring quality and accuracy in decorative designs
- Follow food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and cold chain compliance
- Operate, maintain, and sanitize bakery equipment
- Use digital tools to manage production, merchandising, and training
- Drive bakery area performance by controlling quality, waste, and preparing for seasonal events
- Provide excellent customer service, assist members with purchasing decisions, and resolve member concerns
