Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources
- Plan bakery productions ensuring consistency in quality and decorative accuracy
- Use decorating tools to create flowers and lettering on bakery items
- Adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and inventory management
- Operate, maintain, and sanitize bakery equipment
- Leverage handheld technology for production and merchandise decisions
- Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve member issues
