Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in cake decorating preferred but not required
- Ability to demonstrate creativity and artistic skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Basic math skills for measurements and orders
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle bakery products
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in cake decorating or related artistic skills preferred
- Strong artistic and creative abilities
- Good communication skills for customer interaction
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

Job Duties
- Decorate cakes and pastries with artistic designs
- Take customers' orders over the phone and in-store
- Replenish bakery display cases and shelves
- Mix colors to create perfect icing and decorations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area
- Collaborate with team members to meet customer needs
- Ensure quality and consistency in all decorated products
