Job Requirements
- Six months experience in fresh production area
- must be 18 years of age or older
- completion of all job-required trainings and assessments within prescribed time period
- ability to comply with company policies and procedures
- willingness to work flexibly in different areas of the bakery as needed
- capacity to maintain quality and safety standards
- willingness to work in a drug-free environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- experience in fresh production area
- knowledge of cake decorating techniques preferred
- ability to operate bakery equipment safely
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- familiarity with food safety standards
- adaptability to new technologies
Job Duties
- Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team
- prepares bakery merchandise by operating baking equipment following recipes and company policies
- wraps, labels, and stores products according to safety standards
- leverages digital tools to enhance sales and production efficiency
- maintains operational excellence adhering to quality and date control standards
- assists members with purchasing decisions
- complies with company policies and communicates progress and feedback
