- must be 18 years of age or older
- successful completion of all job required trainings and assessments within prescribed time period if hired

Job Duties
- Collaborates with cross functional teams and helps educate other associates on tools tasks and resources
- plans bakery production ensuring consistency in quality and accuracy of decorative designs
- follows recipe and measurement instructions while working with decorating tools like bags tips and nozzles
- ensures adherence to food safety standards sanitation guidelines and cold chain compliance
- operates maintains and sanitizes bakery equipment
- leverages digital tools to drive sales and improve associate engagement
- drives bakery performance by managing quality and date control standards and preparing for seasonal events
- assists members with purchasing decisions and resolves member issues
- models high quality service and products
- develops and mentors colleagues
- complies with company policies and standards of ethics and integrity
- completes work assignments by collaborating and communicating progress
- embraces diversity and fosters a culture of belonging
- maintains integrity and accountability in all actions
- delivers results with customer focus and balances short and long-term priorities
