Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a bakery or cake decorating role preferred
- Ability to use decorating tools and materials effectively
- Strong attention to detail and creativity
- Good interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- Decorate cakes and pastries using artistic and creative skills
- Take customer orders by phone and in-store
- Replenish display cases and shelves
- Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient operations
- Ensure quality and consistency in cake decoration
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Assist in training and mentoring new associates
