Job Requirements

High school graduate or GED
Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed instructions
Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
Clear communication skills
Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds multiple times per day
Ability to stand for extended periods
Willingness to work a Monday to Friday schedule from 7 AM to 3:30 PM
No required licensure or certifications but RBA certification desired

Job Qualifications

High school graduate or GED
Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed instructions
Capable of adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing basic numbers
Strong communication skills with ability to convey information clearly
Previous experience in cake decorating or a related field is preferred
RBA certification is a plus

Job Duties

Decorate hand-crafted cakes using floral arrangements, airbrushing, and lettering to Graeter's standards
Work efficiently as part of a decorating team
Maintain speed and accuracy while ensuring attention to detail
Lift and transport icing buckets, boxes, and sheet pans as required
Stand and work on feet for 95 to 100 percent of the day, including walking to gather supplies
Follow safety protocols including wearing slip-resistant shoes and adhering to hygiene standards
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work area
