Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in bakery decorating or similar role preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- ability to follow health safety and sanitation guidelines
- strong interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications

- previous experience in bakery or cake decorating preferred
- strong creativity and artistic skills
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- knowledge of health safety and sanitation regulations
- ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail
Job Duties
- create and decorate bakery products including cakes pastries and cookies
- ensure bakery cases are fully stocked with fresh appealing products
- provide continuous exceptional guest service
- maintain superior quality and freshness of bakery products
- attract guests by creating fun and friendly atmosphere
- engage guests through freshly prepared product samples and suggestive selling
- create appealing product displays to attract guests
- understand and comply with health safety and sanitation regulations
- perform back-up duties in the absence of the Bakery Department Manager
