Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- valid food handler card or equivalent certification
- ability to perform heavy lifting
- availability to work nights and weekends
- physical ability to stand, walk, and kneel for extended periods
- willingness to follow all food safety guidelines

Job Duties
- prepare and decorate high volume cakes and desserts using standardized recipes
- follow sanitation and safety procedures in food preparation areas
- assist with bakery preparation and other duties as assigned by the Bakery Manager
- lift heavy items and equipment as necessary
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery workspace
- work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- comply with food handling and health regulations
