Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Six months experience in a fresh production area
- Successful completion of all job required trainings and assessments within prescribed time
- Ability to follow food safety standards and sanitation guidelines
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to perform cake decorating tasks and operate bakery equipment
- Commitment to uphold company policies and ethical standards
Job Qualifications
- Six months experience in a fresh production area
- Knowledge of cake decorating techniques
- Ability to use bakery decorating tools and equipment
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
- Experience operating and maintaining bakery equipment
- Ability to leverage digital tools for business decisions

- Customer service orientation
- Ability to train and mentor others
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate associates on tools, tasks, and resources
- Plan bakery productions ensuring consistency and accuracy in decorative designs
- Follow recipe measurement instructions and use various decorating tools such as bags, tips, and nozzles
- Ensure adherence to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and cold chain compliance
- Operate, maintain, and sanitize bakery equipment
- Leverage digital tools and handheld technology to improve sales and shopping experiences
- Drive bakery area performance including quality control, waste elimination, and preparation for seasonal events
- Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve member issues
- Model high-quality service and product standards
- Train, develop, and mentor associates
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics standards
- Respect diversity and create an inclusive workplace
- Communicate effectively and build strong team relationships
