Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to stand and work for extended periods
- Willingness to adhere to Walmart's drug-free workplace policy
- Ability to handle physical demands of the role including lifting up to specified weights
- Must be able to work opening and morning shifts
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Reliable transportation to the Walmart Supercenter location
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or retail customer service roles advantageous
- Basic math and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to follow food safety standards and procedures
- Capacity to work early morning or opening shifts
Job Duties
- Prepare quality deli and bakery products for customers
- Engage with customers at the service counter providing assistance and product information
- Move and stock incoming merchandise onto the sales floor
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitize deli and bakery work areas
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures
- Support team operations to ensure efficient service delivery
- Assist in inventory management and product rotation
