Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work part-time including opening and morning shifts
- comply with Walmart’s drug-free workplace policy
- physical ability to perform job duties including lifting and standing
- basic math and reading skills
- reliable transportation to the Walmart Supercenter location
- legal eligibility to work in the united states
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous food service or retail experience beneficial
- strong customer service and communication skills
- ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- knowledge of food safety standards a plus
- ability to work morning or opening shifts
- attention to detail and teamwork orientation
Job Duties
- prepare quality deli and bakery products for customers
- engage with customers at the service counter providing friendly and efficient service
- move incoming merchandise from storage to the sales floor
- clean work areas and maintain proper food safety and sanitation standards
- monitor and rotate stock to ensure product freshness
- assist in inventory management and restocking
- adhere to all Walmart food safety and health policies
