Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior bakery or cake decorating experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good manual dexterity
- Availability to work flexible shifts
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Commitment to follow safety and hygiene protocols
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in cake decorating or bakery work preferred
- Ability to use pastry bags and decorating tips skillfully
- Familiarity with bakery safety and sanitation standards
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients
Job Duties
- Cut, fill and ice cakes
- Decorate and write messages on cakes using pastry bags and tips
- Package cakes for special orders
- Package cakes for back stock
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of bakery work area
- Follow safety and hygiene standards
- Assist with inventory management
