Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross functional teams and educate associates on tools, tasks, and resources
- Plan bakery productions ensuring consistency in quality and accuracy of decorative designs
- Follow recipe measurements and use decorating tools such as bags, tips, and nozzles effectively
- Adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and cold chain compliance
- Operate, maintain, and sanitize bakery equipment and maintain inventory
- Utilize digital tools to drive sales, improve shopping experience, and support team engagement
- Drive bakery performance including quality control, waste elimination, seasonal event preparation, and member assistance
