Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross functional teams and educate associates on tools and resources
- Plan bakery production ensuring quality consistency and accuracy of cake decorations
- Utilize decorating tools like bags, tips, and nozzles for creating decorative flowers and lettering
- Adhere to food safety standards, sanitation, cold chain compliance and inventory management
- Operate, maintain and sanitize bakery equipment
- Leverage digital tools and handheld technology to improve production, merchandising and training
- Drive bakery performance by controlling quality, waste reduction, and preparing for seasonal demand
- Assist members with product selections and resolve member issues
- Serve as a talent ambassador by fostering a supportive team environment and mentoring associates
- Comply with company policies, ethical standards, and safety procedures
- Communicate effectively and collaborate with managers, coworkers, and customers
