Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Six months experience in fresh production area
- Ability to complete required job training and assessments within prescribed timeframes

- Commitment to maintaining food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to use bakery decorating tools and equipment safely
- Must comply with company policies and a drug-free workplace policy
Job Qualifications
- Minimum six months experience in fresh production area
- Preferred experience in cake decorating
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with team members
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices
- Proficiency in operating bakery equipment and using decorative tools
- Familiarity with digital tools and handheld technology for business decisions
- Strong customer service skills and member-focused attitude
Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate associates on tools tasks and resources
- Plan bakery production ensuring quality consistency and accuracy of decorative designs
- Follow recipe measurement instructions and operate decorating tools like piping bags tips and nozzles
- Maintain adherence to food safety standards sanitation guidelines and cold chain compliance
- Operate clean and maintain bakery equipment and manage inventory to control waste
- Utilize handheld technology for production decisions merchandise ordering training and product quality
- Assist members with purchasing decisions handle concerns and prepare for seasonal bakery volume changes
