Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross functional teams and educate associates on tools, tasks, and resources
- Plan bakery productions ensuring consistent quality and accurate decorative designs
- Use decorating tools such as bags, tips, and nozzles to create decorative flowers and lettering
- Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, cold chain guidelines, and inventory management
- Operate, maintain, and sanitize bakery equipment
- Use handheld technology to support production, merchandise ordering, and quality decisions
- Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve issues, while preparing for seasonal bakery events
