Job Requirements

- Six months experience in fresh production area
- Successful completion of all job required trainings and assessments
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks

Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate associates on tools and tasks
- Plan bakery productions ensuring quality and accuracy
- Use decorating bags, tips, and nozzles to create decorative designs
- Adhere to food safety standards and sanitation guidelines
- Operate, maintain, and sanitize bakery equipment
- Utilize digital tools for production, ordering, and quality control
- Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve concerns
