Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to educate associates on tasks and resources
- Communicate effectively and develop interpersonal skills for exceptional customer service
- Maintain instock levels and control shrinkage
- Plan bakery productions ensuring quality and accuracy of decorative designs
- Follow recipe instructions and use various decorating tools
- Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and cold chain compliance standards
- Operate, maintain, and sanitize bakery equipment
- Utilize digital tools for sales, merchandise ordering, and quality control
- Drive bakery area performance, including quality and date control
- Prepare for seasonal events impacting bakery volume
- Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve issues
- Model high-quality service and interact positively with associates
- Comply with company policies, ethics, and integrity standards
- Complete assignments by collaborating with managers and coworkers
