Job Duties

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to educate associates on tasks and resources
  • Communicate effectively and develop interpersonal skills for exceptional customer service
  • Maintain instock levels and control shrinkage
  • Plan bakery productions ensuring quality and accuracy of decorative designs
  • Follow recipe instructions and use various decorating tools
  • Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and cold chain compliance standards
  • Operate, maintain, and sanitize bakery equipment
  • Utilize digital tools for sales, merchandise ordering, and quality control
  • Drive bakery area performance, including quality and date control
  • Prepare for seasonal events impacting bakery volume
  • Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve issues
  • Model high-quality service and interact positively with associates
  • Comply with company policies, ethics, and integrity standards
  • Complete assignments by collaborating with managers and coworkers
