Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross functional teams and educate other associates on tools and tasks
- Maintain inventory levels and control shrinkage
- Plan bakery production ensuring quality and consistency of decorative designs
- Operate and maintain bakery equipment following safety and sanitation standards
- Use digital tools to drive sales and improve shopping experience
- Prepare for seasonal events affecting bakery volume and assist members with purchasing decisions
- Resolve member issues and contribute to a positive team environment
