- prior experience in cake decorating or baking preferred
- ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting and standing for long periods
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends
- adherence to food safety and hygiene standards

- ability to use pastry bags and decorative tips skillfully

Job Duties
- Cuts, fills and ices cakes
- decorates and writes messages on cakes using pastry bags and tips
- packages cakes for special order and back stock
