Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate associates on tasks and resources
- Plan bakery productions ensuring consistency and quality
- Follow recipe measurements and decorate bakery items accurately
- Adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and cold chain compliance
- Operate, maintain, and sanitize bakery equipment
- Utilize digital tools to enhance sales, product ordering, and quality
- Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve member issues
