- successful completion of all job required trainings and assessments
- ability to follow recipes and bakery production plans

- cake decorating experience preferred

- proficiency with bakery decorating tools
- ability to operate and sanitize bakery equipment

- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Duties
- Be a team member by collaborating with cross functional teams and educating associates
- communicate and develop interpersonal skills for providing customer service
- be flexible to business needs
- maintain in-stock levels
- control shrinkage
- plan bakery productions ensuring quality and accuracy of decorative designs
- follow recipe measurement instructions
- work with decorating tools to create decorative flowers and lettering
- adhere to food safety, sanitation, cold chain compliance, and inventory management standards
- operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment
- leverage digital tools to drive sales and improve shopping experience
- utilize handheld technology for business decisions
- adapt to new tools and train others
- drive bakery area performance ensuring quality and date control
- eliminate waste
- prepare for seasonal events
- identify member needs and assist purchasing decisions
- resolve member issues
- act as a talent ambassador by valuing member experiences and providing high quality service
- assist in training and developing associates
- comply with company policies, procedures and ethics
- complete work assignments by using policies, data, and resources
