Job Requirements

  • minimum 6 months experience in fresh production area
  • successful completion of required job trainings and assessments within prescribed time period
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • ability to lift and carry bakery products and equipment
  • willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed
  • adherence to drug-free workplace policy
  • ability to maintain food safety and sanitation standards
  • strong interpersonal and customer service skills

Job Qualifications

  • experience in fresh production area for at least 6 months
  • ability to use bakery decorating tools and equipment

Job Duties

  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams and educates associates on tasks and resources
  • plans bakery production ensuring consistency and accuracy of decorative designs
  • follows recipe measurements and uses decorating tools like bags, tips, and nozzles
  • adheres to food safety, sanitation, and cold chain compliance standards
  • operates and sanitizes bakery equipment
  • leverages handheld technology for production and inventory decisions
  • drives bakery performance by managing quality, controlling waste, and preparing for seasonal events
  • assists members with purchasing decisions and resolves member concerns
  • models high-quality service and fosters a respectful, supportive team environment
  • complies with company policies, ethics, and integrity standards
  • completes assignments by prioritizing tasks, collaborating with others, and adapting to feedback
  • embraces a culture of belonging and respect
