- successful completion of required job trainings and assessments within prescribed time period
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift and carry bakery products and equipment

Job Duties

- plans bakery production ensuring consistency and accuracy of decorative designs
- follows recipe measurements and uses decorating tools like bags, tips, and nozzles
- adheres to food safety, sanitation, and cold chain compliance standards
- operates and sanitizes bakery equipment
- leverages handheld technology for production and inventory decisions
- drives bakery performance by managing quality, controlling waste, and preparing for seasonal events
- assists members with purchasing decisions and resolves member concerns
- models high-quality service and fosters a respectful, supportive team environment
- complies with company policies, ethics, and integrity standards
- completes assignments by prioritizing tasks, collaborating with others, and adapting to feedback
