Job Duties
- Collaborates with cross functional teams and educates associates on tools, tasks, and resources
- Communicates and develops interpersonal skills for customer service
- Maintains instock levels and controls shrinkage
- Plans bakery productions ensuring quality and accuracy of decorative designs
- Works with decorating bags, tips, and nozzles to create flowers and lettering
- Ensures compliance with food safety standards and sanitation guidelines
- Operates, maintains and sanitizes bakery equipment
- Leverages digital tools and handheld technology for production and merchandise decisions
- Drives bakery area performance by eliminating waste and preparing for seasonal events
- Assists members with purchasing decisions and resolves member issues
- Acts as a brand ambassador fostering a respectful and inclusive team environment
- Completes work assignments using policies, data, and resources
- Embraces diversity and supports a culture of belonging
- Builds strong and trusting team relationships
- Maintains integrity, ethics, and compliance standards
