Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Minimum 6 months experience in fresh production area
- Ability to complete all required job trainings and assessments within prescribed time
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Capacity to stand for extended periods and perform physical bakery tasks
- Commitment to uphold company policies and a drug-free workplace
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of 6 months experience in fresh production or bakery area
- Experience or training in cake decorating preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to operate bakery equipment and use decorating tools
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Basic proficiency with digital tools and handheld technology
- Customer service orientation
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and tools
Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional member service
- Educate associates on bakery tools, tasks, and customer service techniques
- Plan bakery productions ensuring consistent quality and decorative accuracy
- Follow recipe measurements and sanitation guidelines
- Operate and maintain bakery equipment while ensuring food safety compliance
- Utilize handheld technology for production management and inventory control
- Assist members with product selection and resolve issues or concerns
- Drive bakery performance including quality control and waste elimination
- Prepare for seasonal events impacting bakery volume
- Act as a brand ambassador promoting a positive and inclusive work environment
- Support training and development of team members
- Comply with company policies, ethics, and integrity standards
