Job Requirements
- Ability to work part-time shifts including mid-shift and closing
- Must meet or exceed minimum wage requirements applicable to location
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to adhere to Walmart’s drug-free workplace policy
- Willingness to undergo background checks and other pre-employment screenings
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Basic English language proficiency
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in deli or bakery food preparation is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of food safety standards
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including mid-shift and closing
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Team player with a positive attitude
Job Duties
- Prepare quality deli and bakery products for customers
- Engage with customers at the service counter
- Move incoming merchandise to the sales floor
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards
- Follow established procedures for product handling and storage
- Assist team members as needed
